You get a full refund if the code isn't delivered within 24 hours, if it doesn't work and we can't fix it, or if you were charged twice. The refund policy has the details.
It uses the text-to-speech voice built into the device, which nearly all phones have. Turn the volume up, and on an iPhone take the silent switch off. If a device has no voice installed, a "Peek for 3 seconds" button appears instead.
