What you receive

An access code, sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you contact us from. Entering it once in the practice app opens every set in that module on that device.

Printable PDFs (worksheets and study materials) are sold separately. If you buy any, they are sent to you by email or WhatsApp after your payment is confirmed.

How long it takes

Codes are issued by hand at present, normally within a few hours of payment being confirmed. A purchase made late at night is usually answered the following morning. The outside limit is 24 hours.

If your code has not arrived

Check the spam folder first, then write to ask@learnwithakshada.com or WhatsApp +91 88601 06156, quoting the email address and date you paid with (or the payment screenshot, if you paid by UPI directly). If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you get a full refund.

Using it afterwards

The code works on up to three devices. Once a device has opened the pack it keeps working without an internet connection, so it can be used on a journey or anywhere with no signal.
