Refund and Cancellation Policy

Try before you buy. A free taster in every app needs no payment. We ask you to try it with your child first, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Full refund

You get your money back in full if:

your access code is not delivered within 24 hours of payment;
your code does not work and we cannot fix it;
you were charged twice for the same purchase;
you paid by mistake and tell us before the code has been sent.

When a refund is not given

Because access is delivered instantly and permanently, we do not refund simply because you changed your mind after the code has been used, or because your child did not enjoy using it — that is what the free set is for.

Something in between

If the pack is not what you expected, write to us within 7 days of purchase and explain. We would rather refund a disappointed parent than argue about it.

How to ask

Email ask@learnwithakshada.com or WhatsApp +91 88601 06156 with the payment date and amount. We reply within one working day.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid with — back to the UPI ID or bank account used — normally within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing recurring, so there is nothing to cancel. One payment, permanent access.
