Terms and Conditions

Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms apply to this website and to anything bought through it. By using the site or buying access, you accept them.

What is being sold

Learn with Akshada sells digital practice materials for young learners: interactive practice apps that run in the browser (the Spellhive spelling app, with three levels — Learn, Soar and Champion — of twenty sets each, covering 900 words; and the Maths and Science Olympiad apps with fifteen papers each), and printable PDF study materials, which are sold separately. Nothing physical is sold or shipped.

Free and paid access

A free taster in every app needs no payment or account. All the practice sets are opened by entering an access code, which is issued after payment. One code may be used on up to three devices.

What we do not promise

Learn with Akshada is a practice aid. It does not guarantee any particular result in a school competition or examination. Spoken dictation relies on the text-to-speech voice built into your own device; a small number of devices do not have one, and the app offers a written alternative in that case.

Not connected to any school

Learn with Akshada is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced for any school, examination board or competition organiser.

Your child's privacy

No account is required and no personal information is collected. Scores are stored in your own browser on your own device, and are never sent anywhere. There is no advertising and no tracking of children.

Content

All questions, explanations, riddles and crosswords are original work and remain the property of the seller. They may be used for your family's practice, not republished or sold on.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Who you are buying from

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha.
