How to open your sets
Two minutes, once. After that your child just opens the app.
The quickest way: tap the link in the email we sent you, on the phone or tablet your child will practise on. The sets open by themselves and you can skip this whole page. The steps below are for typing the code in by hand instead.
Open the app on your child’s device
Go to learnwithakshada.com/app on the phone or tablet your child will actually use. The code remembers the device, so open it there rather than on a computer.
Scroll down to the yellow panel
Below the set cards there is a panel headed “Sets 2 to 30 are locked”. Type your code into the box — it looks like SB-XXXXX-XXXX — and tap Unlock. Capital letters and the dashes are handled for you.
Every set opens
The padlocks disappear and every set is available. You only do this once on each device — the app remembers, and it works offline afterwards.
A few things worth knowing
Turn the sound on. The dictation part reads each word aloud. On an iPhone, take the silent switch off.
One code opens three devices. A phone and a tablet, say. If you need a fourth, message us and we will send a new code.
It works offline once a set has been opened, so a car journey is fine.
Nothing to sign up for, and your child’s scores stay on your own device.
If the code doesn’t work
Check it was typed exactly as sent, then message +91 88601 06156 on WhatsApp or email ask@learnwithakshada.com. You will be replying to the person who made this, and it gets fixed the same day.
